Questions, answered
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Business Pro and Lead Suite are month-to-month. Cancel from your dashboard and you keep access until the end of the billing period you have paid for. Your free listing stays live either way.
What does "priority placement" actually mean?
Business Pro listings get greater prominence in relevant directory results for their city and services. It is not a guaranteed position, and it never places an unrelated or out-of-area listing above a relevant one.
Does Lead Suite require Business Pro?
No. Reserving a city is independent and works on a free listing. Pairing it with Business Pro means the profile those inquiries land on is a stronger one, but nothing requires it.
How does the per-city limit work?
Each city has a fixed number of lead subscriptions. Quote requests from that city are shared only with those businesses. Once a city is full it stays closed until a spot is released at the end of a paid period.
What if I stay on the free plan?
Your listing stays live and free, with everything in the Free column above. The Business Pro features are simply not part of it. Compare the two here and upgrade from your dashboard whenever you are ready.
Can I add more than one business location?
Each account currently supports one business listing. Need to add another location? Contact us for assistance or set up a new account using a separate password.
