24-7 is a really easy to work with company. Chris and Mindy are extremely friendly and on top of things with follow-ups and status of repairs. I brought my 2024 center console boat to them for a repair in the gel coat / hull (insurance claim). Chris assured me that he would make the repair look perfect, and it would be structurally correct, and they would deal with the insurance company directly for any needed adjustments from the initial insurance estimate. Chris is a true craftsman and you can tell that he really cares about the quality of the work that he does. He has extensive experience and doesn't take short cuts, even noting that the temps/ weather needed to be correct to work on the fiberglass. He explained in detail, how he would proceed, took pictures, and made sure that everything was factory perfect. After Chris did the initial repair he found some additional work that was related to the original incident and went back to the insurance company to make sure it was covered, and he fixed that at the same time. Additionally, after completing the repair, Chris wasn't 100% satisfied with the color match of the gel (I think most people wouldn't have noticed or even said anything), but the insurance company doesn't cover that as an adder. The insurance company was satisfied with the repair as it was and said that I would have to pay if I wanted additional color matching. Chris ended up re-working the gelcoat on his own and never asked me for any additional money (and it was an extensive amount of work to re-do this). The best part is that I didn't even know that part was going on in the background until I came to pick up the boat! They never asked me for additional money out of pocket and just took care of it because he wanted it to look perfect - they want their customers to be satisfied and care about their reputation. Thanks to Chris and Mindy i was able to store my boat and trailer for a few days while i rented an abnb. Super low price also.. worth every penny!

Review is lengthy but worth it if you like great service at a price you can afford. I needed to find a boat repair shop relatively close to my house (Tobyhanna) for a bilge pump issue on a 1994 17ft bass tracker. Stumbled upon 24-7 Innovations on google and decided to give them a shot. Best decision I ever made!! Business hours said they closed at 6 the day I called but decided to call at 6:15 and leave a message in hopes somebody would call me back the next day. I left a message and 10 minutes later somebody (Tom-the mechanic) was calling back to review my concerns. He told me he could get me in to look over the boat the next day (other marinas by lake Wallenpaupack said 2-3 days at earliest to even look at my boat or more like a week.) I met Tom the next day at 8:00 am to review my concerns and he took the time to walk out of the shop and look over the boat with me and explain things to me about my boat and asked questions to make sure I understood my options for service. The work was performed the same day!! Tom even called to give me recommendations on services that I “could do vs. needed to do” which many shops tend to just say, “ your boat needed this or we had to do this”. I will never go anywhere else. If you’re looking for honest and affordable work, don’t bother looking anywhere else. Friendly, knowledgeable, affordable.
