I just completed my 2nd paint correction and ceramic coating with Steve @ 360 Detailing. I’m not new to the process and have had several other vehicles coated with other shops. Steve & 360 are professional, courteous and informative. A total pleasure to deal with. He’s a highly educated professional in the field of detailing. I have been using 360 Auto Detailing for years, and they have never been anything short of outstanding. I recently had a parked car vs paving company situation. Ultimately the owner accepted responsibility for the situation and told me he would send me to "his guy" for a detail. Having been a customer of 360 before I explained to the owner where my car would be going! I spoke with Steve and set up an appointment for him to evaluate the damage. It was unclear if this could be corrected with a detail or was going to require a paint job.Fortunately after doing a series of test spots, Steve stated he felt confident he could correct the problem! He handled the car himself. He did an amazing job with a difficult situation and15 yr old original paint! He kept me consistently updated about the progress of the work AND even spoke with the responsible party which went above and beyond! Incredible quality work...highly recommend 360 Detailing!

Steve at 360 saves the day--one again! After a ceramic coating job (done elsewhere) went sideways, I thought I thought I was looking at a full repaint. Instead, Steven meticulously and painstakingly removed the failed coating and brought the original paint back to life, which now it looks like glass. Absolutely unreal result. 360 for the win!
