Faton, aka 360 Detailing, has done an excellent job on two of our vehicles & we will soon have him work his magic on my wife's car. Both of the vehicles he did came back above and beyond our expectations. Faton is a true professional, organized, excellent communication about various product options, delivers on his promises and is just a nice, forthright person. 360 Detailing is the type of local business that my wife & I are glad to support.

I recently had my 2015 Lexus RX 350 detailed by Faton at 360 Detailing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. What impressed me most wasn’t just the quality of the work—it was how I was treated. If you look through his website, you’ll see plenty of high-end vehicles and luxury cars, but I’m just an everyday guy with an 11-year-old SUV that hadn’t been professionally detailed in about five years. Despite that, Faton treated me as though I had brought him a six-figure sports car. From the beginning, he was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in his craft. When I picked up my Lexus, it looked fantastic. The paint had new life, the interior felt refreshed, and the entire vehicle simply looked cared for again. What stood out was the attention to detail and the respect he showed both me and my vehicle. It’s easy to provide great service when someone arrives with an exotic car; it’s another thing entirely to make an ordinary customer feel equally valued. Faton did exactly that. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about his work, communicates well, and treats every vehicle like it matters, I highly recommend 360 Detailing. My Lexus certainly appreciated its day at the spa.

Very happy with the work Faton at 360 Detailing did on my new 2026 Tesla Model 3. I had him do a partial front PPF along with the full System X Max G+ ceramic coating, plus ceramic coating on all the glass and wheels. Everything turned out great and the car looks amazing. I’m glad I got the PPF and ceramic coating done while the car was still new so it’s protected from the start. I would absolutely recommend Faton and 360 Detailing to anyone looking for PPF, ceramic coating, or new vehicle protection in the Madison or McFarland area. Great work and attention to detail!

I recently had my Toyota Highlander protected by 360 Detailing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Faton provided amazing customer service and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He performed a complete 2-step paint correction, installed partial front-end PPF, and finished the vehicle with System X Max G ceramic coating, including the wheels and glass. The attention to detail and quality of workmanship were outstanding, and the vehicle looks better than when I bought it. I brought my Toyota Highlander into 360 Detailing after a long winter, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The vehicle was pretty rough from salt, dirt, and daily use, but they absolutely brought it back to life. From start to finish, the experience was great. Faton was easy to work with, took the time to explain everything, and clearly cares about the quality of his work. The interior looked and smelled brand new, and the exterior was spotless — way better than I expected. You can tell they don’t rush jobs and really pay attention to the details. If you’re coming out of winter and want your vehicle refreshed the right way, I highly recommend 360 Detailing. I’ll definitely be back.
