We took our 2026 Ford Bronco Badlands to 360 Express Collision & Detailing for the ceramic coating install. If you are a "set-and-forget" owner who uses automatic car washes, Ceramic Pro is not for you. However, if you are a car enthusiast willing to hand-wash and pay for annual inspections, it is considered a top-tier investment for long-term paint preservation. We spent a considerable amount of time reviewing Ceramic Pro. Then researched installers. We elected to have 360 Express Collision & Detailing do the install. The preparation and installation are complex, and improper application by a shop can lead to issues with the finish. For professional-grade, long-term protection, Ceramic Pro and 360 Express Collision & Detailing was our top contender. The customer service was exceptional, the attention to detail was impeccable! Responses to our questions and concerns was lightning fast. The entire process was explained in detail. There were no pressure sales. Professional-grade Ceramic Pro contains significantly higher concentrations of SiO2 (80–90%) compared to consumer DIY kits (20–30%), leading to a much thicker and more resilient protective barrier. The process took two days. If you visit 360 Express make it a point to say hello to Bentley!

I had my Subaru Forester detailed inside and out, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The exterior looks showroom new, the paint has a deep shine, and every little detail was taken care of. Inside, the carpets, seats, and even the hard-to-reach spots are spotless. It feels like I’m driving a brand-new car again. The team was professional, friendly, and really took pride in their work. Highly recommend if you want top-quality detailing and great customer service! We will definitely return.

I hit a deer in my brand new car and was very nervous to take it for repair. I wanted to be sure it was the exact match for parts and color as when I bought the car less than a month before the damage. 360 express exceeded my expectations and the car is exactly good as new! Holly was amazing to work with, and the communication throughout the entire process was top-tier. Will highly recommend to anyone ever needing work!

Just got my wife’s Subaru back from 360. Holly did a great job with communication and their body work was excellent. I’ve been in the auto industry for 20+ years and am very familiar with paintwork. They did an A+ job and use the best brand of paint as well. Blend job in the doors was perfect. Very satisfied and if we ever get bangs or bruises in the future, I know where I’ll go. Thanks team 360!
