First time there and won’t be back. If I could give negative stars I would in a heart beat. Things were bad right away: •Instead of letting me remove my items, they threw them under a work table in the garage without telling me, and then lost some of my things..come to find out some of those things were thrown away.. (I’ll admit me not removing it first was on me, it was my very first time to get a detail) •They used this greasy, stinky cleaning solution inside my car, and it’s giving me a migraine. Does not smell good at all. Literally just smells like tire shine was put on everything. •My floor mats were thrown on the ground to be cleaned(which is fine bc they have to be cleaned but, then the mats were left there as employees walked on them over and over. They then just sprayed the floor mats with some more greasy fluid and left it sitting and then put them all in my trunk all stacked up. •They left residue dripping down the inside of my interior on drivers side. Everything is super greasy and slippery🙃 •They also threw the organizer net that I have for my trunk under the spare tire in the tire hatch thing, which made me think they threw it away because I didn’t even see it at first. •I got there at 10:45/11 am, was told it’d take 1 to 2 hrs tops, I didn’t end up leaving until well after 3pm, and it was in bad shape when I did get to leave.. I paid 180$ for the full detail, and ended up having to go to auto zone to buy things to clean the car AGAIN on my own to get rid of all the grease and stink from the products they used to do the detail. I tried talking to someone before I left but he kept telling me he doesn’t speak English, and after getting home I have tried calling and it just goes to voicemail. This may have been my first time to get a “professional” detail, but I know enough to know it’s not supposed to be like THIS. So disappointed, will never return.

I came in for a car wash and seat cleaning they did a great job on both. The $75 was money well spent. My passenger seat had handprints on it and they were able to get them out. My car looked like new when they were done. I'll definitely be back!

They always did a great job washing my car in the past. But they were terrible this time. One of the rollers was not working inside and I paid $20 to get my tires and wheels cleaned and they left this detergent in the wheels that got hard and won’t come off and they put a lot of shiny liquid stuff on the tires and when I drove down the street the stuff flew off the tires and left spots all over the sides of my vehicle. When I asked 2 guys standing by the drivers door if they were done wiping down my vehicle they just turned around and walked away from me. Very rude and the worst car wash I ever got. I usually give a $5 tip but they are not getting a tip anymore. And if I find another car wash near my house then I will be taking my business elsewhere for now on.

I’ve been looking for a good car wash and detail shop. I’ve found it! Starting with the wash and hand detailed interior cleanup… Wow! Best job I’ve seen in years! So I asked it they could do something with our sun-faded Fiat to them asking if they could bring back some of the shine. They offered a Buff and Wax. Price was moderate for that so I agreed. I’m very happy with the results! They didn’t get all the fading, that’s not possible. But the job they did was awesome! The care they took in doing the job was impressive, I watched the whole thing. I will be back with my truck and probably my RiverStone 5th Wheel RV that needs some scratches smoothed out at the top of the front cap.

Took my car to get detailed today. It looks exactly the way it looked before they detailed it. I have the $55 monthly membership. Service has always been good until today.
