My car has NEVER looked better!! It looks the same as when I first purchased it. The guys here were extremely nice, helpful, and ensured I understood exactly what I needed to get done for an awesome price. I’ve gotten so many compliments on how shiny and new my car is and I will never hesitate to send them in 3M’s direction. I feel like 1000 bucks driving her! Thank you!!

I purchased an expensive mobile detailing package for my daughter’s SUV. Put down almost $200 to schedule appointment. She received a call on the day of the appointment that truck was overheating and he would have to reschedule. Not only did he not deliver the mobile service, she had to drop her car off with him at his shop. Later, she was informed that because her car was “extra dirty,” it would be an extra $200 for labor. When she requested a discount for not receiving mobile service, he refused. Total bill over $700. I feel robbed. My daughter says he did a good job on the cleaning. Caveat emptor.

Incredible job on my Land Rover. Removed all blemishes and has the car looking brand new! Will definitely be utilizing 3M again and recommending his services to all my friends! In addition to having the car looking brand new, his communication and customer service are top notch!

I had an appointment scheduled for Friday. The detailer was unable to make it for reasons outside of his control. No worries. Let's reschedule. The detailer made a couple of suggested reschedule times, and never followed up. I was the one that had to initiate every contact. I gave him plenty of opportunity to do what was agreed upon, but his communication skills were severely lacking. It was always “I was just about to text you.” or “I'll call you back in a few minutes.” only for me to have to be the one to call him an hour or two later. I made the decision to go with another company and requested a refund for my deposit. Suddenly, he was Johnny on the Spot with his communication. Now he seems to be under the impression that a deposit means that he can do the job whenever he has time, not at the time agreed upon. He’s trying to hide behind his No Refund policy. I will respect a no-refund policy if I'm the reason that an appointment cannot be fulfilled. But when he's the reason and won't communicate in a timely manner? Sir, that is not how business works.
