7 Flags Car Wash

Decided to try this place because it's the only place that I know offers full service to the car and car wash in the same place, the lady at the front supper professional she said that she would recommend me to go first to get the full service and they would give me a a full car wash for free, they did the full service everything was fine so far didn't care about timing because I was not rushing, went back to get the free car wash and specifically told the lady that I had a free car wash but my car needed extra cleaning procedures because it was really dirty, she said it was fine and she charge 25 dollars extra for that which I completely agreed, I took all the things inside my car to let them clean it, by the time they finished I realized they forgot completely about cleaning the trunk so I told the lady (her name was Paulina) to take care of it and with some attitude she vacuumed it really fast and said to me that was ready, the car wasn't clean properly it has some of the dust and trash from before, in the side compartments of the doors, in the middle of the seats and crevices between the seats didn't even bother to vacuumed, the trunk was not clean and was vacuumed in less than a second, the front floor mats are still completely dirty as well as the sides of the doors, the windshield had white spots from the outside, the tires and rings where still dirty too I still think I only paid for them to poor vacuum my car and poorly cleaned it wich I could've done myself, I paid you guys a lot of money and extra to receive a poor service and at that moment received attitude from the worker for makingmy money worth, very disappointed and wouldn't bother to come back again. I passed this business up for years and didn't know what I was missing. I came for an express oil change. The price was in my budget and I was given a veterans discount also. A major perk is that you recieve a free full service car wash good up to 4 weeks. My attendant walked me through the whole process and he was polite and courteous. Great service good job!! The car wash is automatic while you stay in the car. Once you come out all the workers are there to vacuum and wipe down the vehicle. You have a selection of seating to choose from that is outdoor and indoor.

Self service side is $6 for 15 minutes. There is a monthly unlimited option for the automated wash. And they have a oil change service station as well. Didn't have to wait too long for a self service stall to open up. Some options on the dial dont work, like the wheel and tire option and the spot free rinse. But the common options like rinse, soap spray and bubble brush, and wax worked. Plenty of vacuums but I didnt use them so I dont know the quality. There was a lady attendant cleaning the bays when there wasnt anyone waiting.
