  This post is especially for all my Military sisters and brothers that are stationed here...if you need your car detailed...Stacy and his team are the ones you want to see! I have a 2019 Black on Black 2LT 2DR with a RS Package-Camero Coupe..(less than 500 miles). I was soo overly excited to have this car that I tried to be extra careful with it, to the point, I almost reunited it! I brought two different car covers-One from O'Reilly's, that cost approx $87.00-(DO NOT INVEST your money) and then I purchased a custom made one just for Cameros, for approximately $78.00. They both, were for OUTSIDE purposes...on account of no garage. Although, I tied the covers down, as we all know, the wind and weather is very unpredictable here and it cost my car to have a lot of surface scratches...to the point, my car looked like the paint was fading!!! I cried like a baby! I went back to the dealership..Malcolm Cunningham Chevrolet, to the Body Shop where I was supposed to get the buffing done for a very high fee...however, til this day, I'm still awaiting a return phone call from this past Wednesday. Never had a problem, with any other department, well...with the exception of that one. Ultimately, I'm happy I was recommended by a person from the Performance Collision Center...those are the folks you want to go if you ever have an accident....my previous car was in a minor accident and they did a really great job on restoring it back to its original condition and color, which was an odd color. As long as I'm still stationed here...A#1 Mobile Detailing Services has MY BUSINESS! MY CAR LOOKS AMAZING! Almost a shine on the car..like it was made of glass!!! The prices are reasonable and Stacy is NOT into price gouging! Take your car to him! Expedient response and services! I PROMISE! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!! THANK YOU again, Stacy and Wallace!!!

  I've used Stacy's A-1 Detailing for SEVERAL years, now but today was the last straw. He has NEVER, EVER been ON TIME with either his appointments to pick up OR return my vehicles; nor does he EVER call back when HE sets the time to do so. (No, I'm NOT exaggerating!) I'm sick of chasing him down. I've given him chance after chance but he continually let's me down. "Nice" just isn't enough to keep clients like me happy when I've spent a culmination of hours WAITING for a call that usually doesn't come before I find him (again) first. Besides, the work done by him &/or his crew has been OK but has not passed inspection the first time (sometimes the 2nd.) I've heard plenty of EXCUSES & APOLOGIES but I have heard enough! They're not the only service in town who will pick up a vehicle so I'm no longer treating them like they are. DO NOT hire these folks if you require a company to be on time, every time & to do an excellent job the first time!
