A2 Details Ceramic Coatings & Window Tint

EDIT 8/4/2025: Ahmed was able to re-do the defective driver side window and correct the issue - it looks great now and matches the passenger side. To his defense, he tried scheduling me to come in sooner, but my work schedule would not allow it. He explained his lack of communication after my first visit due to being extraordinarily busy, but he did eventually reach out and make amends. As far as I am concerned, I am a satisfied customer now. Original review: Got my 2020 Mazda MX-5 GT tinted at Ahmed's shop a week ago. It came out... "eh...OK". Passenger side window came out perfect; driver side window was cut crooked in one spot and has a much larger gap around the edge, especially at the lower corner. Not happy about that. The rear window - well - he warned me about it - the wires for the defroster are in the way, so it's hard to get underneath them, but - see the photos and judge for yourself. I feel like it wasn't cut straight - it just seems jagged. Installer also left the clear plastic backing of the ceramic tint sheet laying in my back soft top cavity (didn't realize it until I was driving around with the top up and heard the wind blowing it all over the back). I did reach out to Ahmed the same day the job was done and express my concerns, but did not hear back from him. The day after, I reached out again - and he replied and said he'd redo the driver side window. I asked him to let me know when he could get me in... and I never heard back from him. It's been almost a week. So.... do what you will with that info before you book any work here.
