Outstanding service!!!! I took my car in for a dent and scratch repair, and had it back the same day. Very professional and knowledgeable about their products and services! I will be using them in the near future for auto detailing and window tinting. Don’t sleep on this company!!! They stand behind their work and provide excellent customer service!!!

Extremely disappointed! I have used AAS a couple other times, and was not super impressed with their level of customer service both times, but wanted to give them one last chance. In previous experiences, they would keep my car all day (over 8 hours) and then call me right at 5pm to come get it. Once I arrived, they would be finishing up my car and it was evident they were rushed and it hadn't been a priority that day. But the end result was decent, so I didn't complain. That's on me. I should have said something the second time it happened. This time, I booked an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time. Due to the fact that I live over 45 minutes away, I have to make a significant effort to plan my day accordingly on the day that my car is being detailed. I have to plan for a ride, and then a place to spend the day due to them keeping it all day. So I made all of these arrangements, and was eager to get my car taken care of. The morning of my appointment, I dropped off my vehicle with a nice employee. She looked over the car and made some notes, and otherwise, it was a fairly uneventful exchange. AAS kept my car for 3 hours, and then I received a call from their owner. She introduced herself as the owner, and then stated that "there's just no way we are going to be able to finish your vehicle today. We had a rancher bring his ranch truck in, and it's filthy. I'm missing a technician today, and one of my other ones is about to go home sick. Can you just bring it back to us on Friday?" I calmly reminded the owner that I made an appointment 3 weeks ago, had made many arrangements to spend the day in town....and she did nothing but describe how busy they were and ask me repeatedly to come back on Friday. I politely told her that I would just come pick up my vehicle, which I did. Once I arrived, she rambled a bit more, saying she was sorry, but I did not engage with her. I just said "thank you" when she handed me my keys and I left. I have never had a business treat

Leslie went out of her way on a holiday weekend to do the film on my car. The result of the workmanship was excellent. I highly recommend and look forward to using the business for a detailing visit Plus Leslie’s gives back to many organizations in the community of Abilene with her car shows!
