AdvantaClean of The Piedmont

The representative of AdvantaClean was very effective in explaining the steps needed to evaluate all considerations to achieve the desired results. The procedures needed were explained in detail and estimate of time required. The team who performed the service were professional and respectful. After completing the tasks, the team left the area clean. This is the second time AdvantaClean has provided service for one of my properties. Their expertise and thorough work efforts are top notch. I would offer my highest recommendation and endorsement.

Pete Georges and his team at AdvantaClean of The Piedmont are the kind of professionals you can trust completely. From the first call to the final walkthrough, they are responsive, thorough, and genuinely care about their customers. They take the time to explain every step, make sure the work is done right, and go above and beyond to ensure peace of mind. Their service is unmatched, and I wouldn’t call anyone else.

I seen all these wonderful reviews so when they double booked my appointment and asked me to change it. I did then no one showed up. I called an hour after the appointment. They told me that they don’t know if they can get me in. They would have to give me a call back at another date. I got a call back from Pete general manager at least that’s what his card said. He ended up coming out around 3 PM three hours after my second appointment he looked in my attic and he went to the crawlspace only to the front. No measurements were taken. I was told to call an environmental company that told me it’ll be a week before they can come out and take air samples. My crawlspace is clearly Full of mold that can be smelled throughout the house and even outside of the home. After contacting these air quality people, I called Pete back and asked if we could get some pricing on getting encapsulation for the crawlspace with dehumidifiers so my husband can return back home who is highly allergic to mold. I still have not heard from the company. Maybe this job is just too big for them. I don’t know, but I’m highly disappointed that they took my day where I missed work and I could’ve had another company come out and look at my home so now I am waiting for a holiday weekend to pass, the mold is just continuing to grow
