Excellent experience working with the Aero City Maintenance team. They have always been very attentive and professional at all times. Communication is clear and consistent; they keep us informed throughout every phase of the work, which provides great peace of mind. We have been bringing our Diamond aircraft to them for over a year, and they have consistently demonstrated commitment, quality, and timeliness in their services. Without a doubt, a reliable team that truly cares about doing things right. Highly recommended. Saludos EB

Never reimbursed us for AD/SD work done on a DA40NG in 2025. Been emailing and they ghosted us after bills were paid. I have emails documenting your assurances from Diamond that these were warranty/rebate covered work on the engine studs/bolt AD you worked on for us. Nightmare to work with, highly recommend finding a non-school related A&P/shop to take your diamond to. Took months to have them get our plane ready after dropping off, horrible communication on when parts would arrive. Its like ripping a bandaid off each time you call them.

After landing at KLGB I realized I had a flat left main tire. The FBO could not help me, so I started looking around and found Aero City Maintenance right next to the FBO. Talked to John Shea, the maintenance manager, who offered to repair the tire immediately. We agreed I would return the next day 7:30 AM. A&P Enrique had the tire repaired in a timely manner and I was on my way. Good price and fantastic customer service. I can highly recommend Aero City Maintenance.

We had a great experience at Aero City Maintenance. Having been to one of their competitors up north, we were impressed that they delivered our aircraft after a 100hr service on-time and on-budget. Ysmauel was refreshing to work with -- he communicated with us actively throughout the process and helped coordinate when we needed to pickup our aircraft. The best part was when something didn't go as planned. When we did a final inspection of our aircraft at pickup, we noticed something was off. Although Ysmauel was out at that moment, we ended up consulting with the Chief Pilot at Angel City Fliers -- Cary Jones. He looped in Matt Stuhler, their VP of Operations and with their mechanics resolved the issue on the spot. Real relationships are tested not when everything goes right, but when there is a challenge. We appreciated how Aero City Maintanence and Aero City Group worked together to resolve those issues and take care of our aircraft! We, of course therefore, highly recommend them!

JK and the team at Aero City were a huge help while I owned an Austro equipped aircraft for almost 2 years. They caught several errors made by another shop, were always quick to respond, kept their prices very fair and worked us into a very busy schedule when we needed work completed quickly.
