I Originally went to Aircraft Alaska for a pre-buy inspection on an airplane I was looking at purchasing. After the purchase David helped with all the repairs needed and so much more. Kathleen even helped sew a custom wing cover. Not living in the area and needing to work around the weather for pickup. They’ve been extremely accommodating and understanding of my schedule. I highly recommend Aircraft Alaska for any and all of your needs. I couldn’t have asked for two better people to start my aircraft ownership journey.

David and his guys do a great job and are always friendly. They helped save the day when I had a propeller crisis and NEEDED to use the plane for a long planned fishing trip. Later on I had them install a new 406 ELT, extended baggage compartment and a sportsman STOL kit. Aircraft Alaska can do it all and with excellent customer service.

Dave is awesome! I called him to see if I can get an annual done an he responded right away and got my plane in the shop in less than a month. He gave me a quick list of what needed to be done; replaced engine mounts, welded cracks on gear and spinner and annual inspection.

Dave did an outstanding job on the Annual Inspection of my 1956 Cessna 180. Very professional and meticulous mechanic. His communication was excellent and he got the job done quickly and efficiently. In addition to being an excellent mechanic Dave was also just a great guy. He let me help during the annual and he enjoys teaching owners about the mechanical things he’s looking at. Will definitely use Dave again and recommend Aircraft Alaska if you’re shopping for a new mechanic.

I called Dave to get on his schedule for a prop balancing, he got me taken care of quickly and I 100% recommend him to balance your prop if your considering it, my 180 has never run smoother in the decade I’ve owned it. This was my first interaction with Dave and he was timely, professional and I would definitely use him again, his price was very reasonable.
