I couldn't be more pleased w my experience with Nick. His communication from start to finish was top notch and honest. Scheduling was very easy and when it came time to drop the car off, the business was very easy to find. I wanted to get my teenage daughter's car (2009 Subaru) detailed for her Christmas gift. The car wasnt filthy but it's been well loved and over the last year, it's gotten some exterior blemishes on it due to high schoolers and new drivers, and a 70 year Marine who decided to drive drunk and crash into her car. I digress. I mostly cared about the inside, but told him that anything he could do on the exterior blemishes would be great. He took the time and was able to buff out 99% of the paint scuffs, polished up the headlight housings to get rid of the cloudiness and removed dirt that manages to stick around, despite regular car washes. The interior looks damn near brand new again! Sure there are a few very small spots that just wouldn't come perfectly clean, but what do you expect for a 17 year old car? I am super pleased with the work he did and am already planning on having him do my car in the coming months.

I had my 2 cars detailed here with amazing results. Team was very helpful in choosing cleaning packages specifically steering me a away from ceramic coating because they felt a sealant would be better for my use case. Even though they stood to benefit from a more expensive service. They also did an unbelievable job in restoring my headlights. They look factory new. This will be my go to shop for interior/exterior detailing.

Extremely professional shop. The owner and staff are great. Communication the entire time and the vehicle gets done exactly when they say it will be. The job itself is second to none. They have brought a few of my vehicles back to new showroom shape. Honestly can't say enough good things about APD and the owner Billy. If you want something done right with no BS this is the spot.

To Billy and all the staff at Akron Pro Detail: My utmost gratitude and thankfulness for the superb quality, craftsmanship and knowledge you had put into the complete detailing and restoration of my headlights on my 2019 Honda Civic. You are SECOND TO NONE in your customer service, knowledge, and the passion you all have in this line of work. I have owned this car all 7 years, and it looks better than it did brand new. The interior is incredible, the paint is smooth as glass, you can eat off of the motor. Your customer service was way beyond any expectations I had. You brought me home AND personally delivered my car back to my home in Cuyahoga Falls!!! I offered gas money, they wouldn't even think of it!!! AMAZING!!! The car was so showroom quality clean I didn't want to drive it!!! To offer the next service now that you know where I live to pick it up and drop it off next service? NOONE DOES THAT!!! What rare, outstanding customer service not to mention ANY CUSTOMER will be back. I will be back every 6 months and look forward to many more visits Lord willing as long as I am living or able to drive. The car looks amazing in and out top to bottom. To potential customers a word: You will never go anywhere else,period. All of you at Akron Pro Detail made an old man extremely happy in a very challenging time for me.
