Appalachian Restoration and Cleaning

These are the people you want to hire if you need help after a disaster. They CARE...they care about doing the job correctly and they care about what you're going through, and it's important to them to know that you're happy with the job they're doing. I had been feeling totally overwhelmed after a smoke/soot event at our house...the place was such a mess. Dwain and Ken were first on the scene to inspect the damage, and their knowledge and thoroughness really inspired confidence. After insurance matters got squared away, Craig and his crew began work, and you could really tell that they take pride in their work, and they work hard. I have to say that I've never really loved having a bunch of strangers in my house, but these guys are all so genuinely nice and respectful that they didn't feel like strangers for long. They have done an outstanding job! The basement had been totally covered in black grime, and it's now spotless with tools cleaned and put back on their shelves, and the basement actually even smells nice! And these guys are great dealing with delicate things too; they took great care with my Mom's antique china with nary a chip. As I write this, the painters are hard at work and they have the same carefulness and work ethic as all the rest. At this point I think I have dealt with just about every single person at this company, including Rick the owner and Stephanie the office manager, and every one of them are wonderful, thoughtful, caring, and competent people, who take pride in doing a job well. That is such a rare thing these days, but their integrity has been evident at every step in the process. They are good people, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I am so appreciative of the communication from the owner, and the people setting up the services and the person on the ground leading the team that worked on my home. Craig was communicative, worked hard and did a great job on the clean up and demolition of our flooded areas. I trusted him in my home even when I had to go to meetings. I would work with this agency again anytime. They are fast, courteous, trustworthy and kind. When you are dealing with raw sewage and flooding it is nice to know that there are people who will work to get things clean and safe and that will do it with compassion for what the homeowner is going through. Lovely people!!!!!

These guys are OUTSTANDING! They were great to work with from day 1 and had my water damage repaired quickly. Dwayne is very nice, professional, and helpful. His two service men - Daniel and Isiah - were the sweetest, kindest, and extreme knowledgeable. I would use this company over and over (although I really don’t hope I have to 🙈) and I would recommend to my friends and family. Skip the big national chains - you’ll get better service here anyways!
