First of all, I wish I can put no stars just for the customer service that I encountered as I approached the business. So as I pull up, there’s a gentleman washing his car so I get out my car and I’m walking in to the building. He tells me to give him a second because he was washing his car so I thought OK. Let me walk into the showroom floor to see the products that I am about to purchase as I grabbed the door handle to go in. He tells me to stop and then tells me “just wait because he was washing his car”. He said it slightly aggressive, so I just told him to continue washing your car. You just caused the business to lose a loyal customer being as though I own an automobile detailing business. Online the business says it opens up at 8 o’clock, so you would think the employees would wash personal car at that time Because when I pulled up, it was approximately 9/9:15 super unprofessional customer service just with this one person it’s not for everybody who works there.

I came here for detailing, and was standing on their parking lot. A thin dude in glasses came out and told me "it is not a parking space get out". I mean what kinda stupid humanoid one should be to say that parking lot is not a place to park a vehicle? I don't think that this place deserves visiting, find any alternative services and leave these agressive people on their own with their agression...

I’ve been detailing cars for almost 3 years and this company is by far my favorite. It has perfect pricing, amazing quality of chemical, and excellent customer service. In fact the employee came outside to demonstrate how to use the ceramic sealant on his own car because I didn’t know how to apply it. Workers definitely know their stuff and owner even recommended some good products for me to use in the future. Definitely recommend this company’s products.
