The man who answered the phone needs some customer service skills and some more general boat knowledge. Called asking for a part, I asked for a “stuffing box hose or packing box hose for a 1” shaft on a direct drive ski boat, 1 & 3/4” ID hose” he said what, I repeated it, he said for a V-drive? so I said no it’s direct drive ski boat not v-drive. He said “I have no idea what that is or what you’re asking for” so I hung up. Just my experience…maybe they are good mechanics but idk I know it’s an older boat but this is a common part/hose so I’ll just order it online.

What a great experience there. It's been years since I have owned a boat and I had a old one that I needed worked on to get it started and they did just that. They explained everything to me and gave me pointers for it. Definitely going back again when needed!!!! Thank you all!!

As an avid boater at Clinton Lake, I appreciate everything Keith and Linda and team have done to help keep my boat like new. They have an enormous demand and yet always find the time to help me. I have never met a more dedicated, hard working business owner and they have earned my complete trust with my boat. Absolutely wonderful people to do business with.

Has had my pontoon for a year now to wire up a motor that is already on the boat and I haven’t heard a single thing from them, meanwhile they’re getting boats that were brought in long after mine finished up and turned out all the time.. Highly disappointed. Seem like very nice people, would just like an update at the very least.

Absolute top notch service. Linda is the nicest lady you might ever come across in your life and they do everything possible to get you safely and promptly back on the water.
