Jason & Team did a paint correction and Ceramic Coating on my 2014 Black Toyota 1794 Tundra. I bought it new & over the last ten years the drive through washes wrecked the paint. Jason and his team brought it back to life and looking better than it did new. He truly wants you to be happy and satisfied with the job! They are picking up my 2015 Tahoe tomorrow to get some work done. I know it will look great!

After I found a broken car piece, He states he will order the part and offers to come to my house to replace the part. Also offers me a car detail. Appointment was set for Tuesday @ 4:00 (01/16). I contacted him Friday about some scratches I had found, which was two days before he was supposed to come to replace the broken part. I’ve had this car for about 8 years, I am familiar with scratches/marks onto my car. I found about 4-5 deep scratches on my car. These scratches occurred when the seats were getting taken in/ out for the shampoo process. I’m assuming one of the boys couldn’t take out the car seat properly and dragged it onto my door jam. (Respectfully saying boys because the boys that detail look about 15-17, I don’t think the guy I spoke to detailed my car due to his lack of knowledge when I asked him about my car) When I contacted him I stated that I found deep scratches on my car and he offered to send over a quote via email of what he would charge someone for a paint job. He’s just quoting his own work at that point. To my knowledge how this would work, I would get it repaired, bring him back the receipt and he would pay me how much I paid for the damages. What sense does it make to bring him my car that was damaged in their care, for them to fix it. Long story short he never showed up on Tuesday to fix the broken part, and for the courtesy clean that he offered. I called him 40 minutes past my appointment time to see if he was running behind and basically said that I never responded to the quote that he emailed me. Which I never received until after that phone call, when he finally sent it. The quote was also dated Jan 16, assuming he didn’t send the quote in the first place and is just now making/sending it. To my knowledge regardless if the email was not replied to, he was going to come either way to replace the broken car piece & detail my car. I was then going to bring the car in another day after deciding on whether I'm going to move forward with h

Jason is a pretty cool guy. He explained everything very well. Did a 6 month sealant and headlight restoration it all came out really good I would recommend using the perfect drip for any paint detail work.
