I don’t write reviews for every experience, but this one absolutely deserves one. I had my 2025 Ford F-350 coated by Tom Wheeler, owner of AUTO DETAILS by Custom Detailing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. They’re an approved installer of Gtechniq Ceramic Coatings, and we went with the Crystal Serum Ultra package with a 9-year warranty—which already gave me confidence going in. From the start, Tom was incredibly easy to work with. We actually ended up talking as much about restoring cars and our shared backgrounds as we did about the job itself. He’s the kind of guy who’s straightforward, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. The service? Next level. Tom came out to our farm, picked up the truck himself, and even left one of his trucks for us to use. That kind of concierge service is rare these days and speaks volumes about how he runs his business. When he brought the truck back, the results spoke for themselves. The finish is flawless—better than I expected—and you can tell he takes real pride in his work. Attention to detail is on another level. If you’re considering ceramic coating and want someone who’s professional, fair on pricing, and truly knows his craft, Tom is your guy. Highly recommend AUTO DETAILS by Custom Detailing—you won’t be disappointed.

Tom has been caring for my vehicles for over 20 years. He always does an outstanding job. Most recently he applied GTechniq Crystal Serum Ultra ceramic coating for my truck and it looks excellent. I look forward to many more years of getting to work with Tom.

Tom did and excellent job and went above and beyond to detail several very grimy vehicles under difficult conditions (murderously hot and humid). He also did a great job applying ceramic coating for which he is trained and certified. Tom is detail oriented with an old school work ethic

Tom was very professional and communicative and did an amazing job! I’ve had bad experiences with other detailers in town and will only use Tom from now on. He took his time to make sure my vehicle looked its best. Will be recommending him to everyone I know!
