Not only was he extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but he also took the time to explain the process in a way that made me feel confident I was leaving my vehicle in the right hands. What really stood out was the level of care and pride he put into the job. Before even starting the coating, he went out of his way to touch up paint all around the car, and made sure everything was prepped perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who truly treats your car like their own. The end result? Absolutely stunning. The shine, the smoothness, the attention to detail—it’s clear this is a labor of love for him. If you’re looking for high-quality ceramic coating with exceptional customer service, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!

My attention to detail aka ocd got the best of me on this job. After autolux was out I noticed little things all over that were not wiped down or cleaned. I would say they got 70% of what was there. I don't think the carpets were shampooed not all crevices vacuumed. $160 got most of the car clean but I fished it. The video I watched was nothing like the service provided. NO THERE WAS NO ROACHES IN MY CAR (I said previous owner look like they ate every meal in the car and it worried me about roaches) Maybe in Zanesville this is the type of work that I'll get you paid but here in Columbus we try harder. This guy spent four hours and seriously after he left and did not clean where I specifically asked I got a steam cleaner and in an hour it was finally clean. Wasn't until my initial review and him reaching out to complain that I decided to go with one star instead of three because instead of saying we're sorry we'll try harder next time no he just kept pointing a finger saying that my car was Really bad TBH there were a few spots but NOTHING a steam cleaner could not get out. In his response to my review he just kept saying he didn't charge for this didn't charge for that and it should have been more. If you're looking for somebody to do detail work for your vehicle and you're in Columbus I would go with somebody in Columbus when you set the bar low you get Zanesville. Petty business owner.

I reached out to Brandon to detail my car explained that I have two dogs and a young child that have made multiple messes in the vehicle over the years of having the vehicle (even after cleaning up and vacumming) He said that was fine and he did the detail. He said he didnt mind detailing it and did not fully detail the vehicle. He charges what a dealership would charge to do a professional cleaning and detailing. He did not specify what was included leading to disappointment after receiving the vehicle. It was not completed to my satisfaction at all and this was my first detail. Brandon made a post on his business page including photos of my vehicle unauthorized slandering the status of my vehicle. This is not only unprofessional but lazy. If he is not going to take any car in any condition even with a warning of how bad the interior is he should not be in this business. If he accepted the vehicle in the condition it was a public post should not have been made. When he picked the vehicle up he did not change anything as far the pricing. I hope he learns how to do business better and not slander and embarrass his customers. If I could give zero stars I would.
