Took my boat there with a couple of problems. Had to manually choke it every time I cold started it. jack plate not working. Bilge pump not working. Paid 2200.00 Try to start it the next morning at home.Would not start unless I choked it just like before. Took it back.He kept another day returned it the same way. When I took it out on the water , the jack plate worked once And stopped working because when they wired it up, they wired it too short. And when the Jack paid was activated to its tallest height, it pulled the wires out. He supposedly rewired the whole thing. They also rewired my electronics Backwards. Lucky it didn't burn out. So the only thing that really worked After. Spending 2200.00 was the bilge pump. Had to pay somebody else to work on it.Because I moved to a different town right when I was getting it repaired by Bear.

Very rarely do I ever write a review, in fact only on one other occasion. However, Joseph Bear at Bear Marine deserves it! They took my boat which has been sitting for three years with multiple issues and fixed her up for me! They did a fantastic job and she is running like new! I cannot speak highly enough of the fantastic work they did for me! I've been out of town for 10 weeks as a travel nurse and they made the whole process extremely easy for me! Very easy to get ahold of them and trustworthy! I seriously cannot recommend them enough. They do business the old fashion way! Where a man's word and a handshake still mean something! GO TO THEM! They have certainly earned my business!
