Fantastic service on myMinnkota, brand new trolling motor that they handled quickly. The young lady that works there, Madelyn kept me up to date on the progress from what was wrong, to the part being sent from Minnkota. She notified me immediately that it was done, and ready for pickup. They were wonderful, Thank you. She was super efficient! Very nice experience. Once again I needed the services of Black Dog to look into the issues I was having with my Minnkota motor. The guy who works on them is super knowledgable, and a dedicated mechanic. He knows what he is doing, and did a repair to my wiring, which was my problem, not the motor at all. The work he did is beautifully done, and now works perfectly. The office keeps you so up to date on what and when it will be finished and what is wrong. I don’t see me buying another boat, but if I did, they would rig the entire boat aftermarket. They do amazing work. Thanks! alex

Kirk does an amazing job. I had a Garmin trolling motor, SeaSwivel, Simrad Radar and Black Oak light bar installed and everything is great. Easy to schedule also and bring the boat so you don’t have to wait weeks to get it back

These guys were on it. Admittedly, it was a minor issue (they found I needed new batteries for my trolling motor) but I was in and out in a couple of hours. They also checked out my charging system and got that set correctly. I’ve had other shops not even ‘ look’ at the problem after sitting in their lot for 2 weeks. These are the guys to go to for marine electrical.

I would highly recommend Black Dog Marine. I have a new offshore 38 invincible. Kirk was very responsive and professional. He did an excellent job on my electronics and they detailed my boat and did an excellent job.

Black Dog Marine are professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions even though I don't know a lot. I needed a gps/fish finder/plotter and they were patient with me from the front desk to the owner/manager and all the employees in between. They explain each step, the recommendations, pricing and time frames of whatever you're needing completed. They earned my business and will continue with them. I've talked to a lot of the other Marina locations and believe Black Dog stands out among all of them!
