Paid 1k to get the boat detailed and the trailer detailed. The owner thinks this is good work and so did the employees. Got there, pointed out the part of one of the rims that was all gunked up and the employee looked at me like I was crazy for not thinking it was clean. Owner also tried to throw digs at me and say “I needed the money” because I called him out for his bad work. Still need to check the inside of the boat. They also didn’t have any change to give me. Owner also tried to back up his unfinished work by saying I brought a 10 year old boat in. Took the boat out this morning and the inside is dirty also. Not really sure what they did. One of the worst detailing places I’ve ever been to. All they had was excuses from the start and did a terrible job on all aspects of the job. They did not refund me the money like the owner just said in the reply. They owe me money from the change they “didn’t have” also. The “hard to reach areas the owner is talking about is easy to reach and can see from 10 feet away.

I couldn't be happier with the work Boat Beautiful did on my 1999 Cobalt 226. The detail job exceeded my expectations, and my boat honestly looks 10 years younger. The shine is incredible, and the attention to detail really shows from bow to stern. A special thank you to Jacob for working around my long work hours and making the scheduling so easy. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. If you're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend Boat Beautiful. I'll definitely be using them again

From the moment Boat Beautiful answered the phone to the follow up the next week, the entire experience was outstanding. They walked me through everything step by step, explained exactly what they were doing, and even showed me how ceramic coating the seats can help protect the vinyl from staining. This was a last minute booking because I had family coming into town, and they still went above and beyond. They detailed the boat, cleaned the dock, and had everything looking incredible. My whole family was in awe when they saw it. I’ve used other detailers in the past, and this was on another level. They told me they have specialized in boats for 18 years, and it absolutely shows in the quality of the work and the knowledge of their team. I was so impressed that I signed up for their monthly maintenance plan to keep everything looking this way. I’m not normally someone who leaves reviews, but this experience was worth sharing. Boat Beautiful is the only company I’ll trust with my boat moving forward. Thank you, Boat Beautiful!

Jacob was very professional and an expeditious communicator in setting up my appointment and in responding to texts and calls. Travis did a fantastic job on my boat. I saw colors I haven't seen since I bought the boat. I highly recommend this company to detail your boat.

Great job at a competitive price. Jacob was my point of contact from 1st inquiry to completion. He was very responsive and finished the work on time. Great attention to detail and the boat looks great inside and out. Will definitely use them again.
