Pleasant airport - arrived to visit Boston. It was a bit of an amaze but signage kept me going in The correct direction. Plenty of shops and restaurants along the terminal. Clean restrooms and spacious. Luggage fit in stalls. Passenger pick up at arrival Terminal C was pretty organized compared to most airports and this was during the World Cup. So I was a bit impressed. Overall a decent experience especially for a larger airport during a WORLD event.

First Impressions: This was my first time flying through Boston Airport, and I was really impressed by the floor layout and the order of things. Food Options: There are plenty of food options to choose from, which is a great convenience for travelers. Bathroom Cleanliness: I had to use the bathroom, and it is by far the cleanest bathroom I have ever visited while flying, and I do fly a lot. I was impressed by the cleanliness and their attention to details that make a flyer comfortable. Security Experience: The lines to go through security were easy and nothing dramatic. Terminal Navigation: Although getting from one terminal to the other is quite a distance, it’s all directed for easy flow and movement of people.

One of the more convenient major airports in the U.S., especially because of how close it is to downtown Boston. The airport is generally clean, organized, and easy to navigate compared to many larger airports. Security lines can get busy during peak hours, but the process usually moves efficiently. There are good food options, clear signs, and solid public transportation access through the Silver Line and Logan Express. The views during takeoff and landing near the water are also really nice. Overall, a smooth airport experience for both domestic travel and short layovers.

The TSA and immigration officers provided exemplary service and were friendly, professional, and welcoming. One thing travelers should know is that the walk to some gates can be quite long and the lines at security can also be long. Get there early. The walk to the Uber pickup area is also lengthy, and the location is not especially intuitive. I would recommend waiting until you have actually reached the designated pickup area before requesting a ride, since it can take some time to get there. Overall, the staff made a very positive impression, but travelers should allow extra time for walking through the airport and reaching ground transportation.

Pretty good airport. Very modern and fancy, with good views of Boston. The Sky lounge was especially amazing, they served a large variety of delicious food, Including ribs, watermelon, pineapple chicken with coconut rice, various cheeses and meats, naan, crackers, and good lemonade. The only complaint is that one of our shuttles got held up a bit but it wasn't much of a hassle.
