What a Team! The Team at Boston Marine Services is one hard working dedicated team. With a top shelf facility, excellent tools and capabilities to service your vessel, these guys and girls get it done with the highest quality I’ve seen. Their scheduling is top notch, delivery timely service with high energy in a very friendly atmosphere. To see the craftspeople enjoying their work gives you a sense of confidence in how your boat will be cared for. We had a significant amount of Major Maintenance done from Fiberglass Repair to Painting to Mechanical Maintenance while we stored our boat inside their building this winter 2025/2026 in Charlestown. They worked with their suppliers to match a very difficult paint color following a significant fiberglass repair. The repair and paint match left the area flawless in a very visible area of the hull. We can’t say enough about this team, their leadership and craftsmanship to deliver the best in marine services!

Just received my boat for the season and it was a smooth and very satisfying experience. Boat looked amazing. Steve Ozolins was in constant communication with me from the fall. We agreed on a service plan, added a few new elements and all was completed by the launch date. I was apprised of every step along the way. The communication was top notch. Very impressed by Steve's management of what is normally a fairly stressful year to year process.

Winter service was excellent. Boat was kept clean, quoting process was smooth, communication through portal great and work quality was good. Project/client services Steve O was great to work with. Overall very good experience and recommend Boston Marine Services.

Way overpriced for the quality of work. I had my boat serviced here and received it back with more problems than it had when I brought it in. They claim they thoroughly inspect and go through the boat, but that was clearly not my experience. The boat was even returned to me dirty. Based on the price, poor workmanship, and lack of attention to detail, I would not recommend bringing your boat here for service.

Eddie and his team of professionals provided me with not only with amazing quality work, but top customer service. My boat was located at a Boston location that had a security gate, but limited staff due to being late in the season. Navigating this logistic curve ball did not phase this team and they were more than willing to adjust as needed. This company does what needs to be done to be sure you are taken care of and the job gets done right. Highly recommend!!!
