BEWARE "TERRIBLE WORK"

BEWARE ! Paid Fred and his Dad to repair a gelcoat scratch on my Boat. Also paint the trailer and fiberglass repair and wet sand and buff. When it was ready to pick up they used brush paint and said gelcoat would not be the same color. When they painted the trailer overspray on all rubber pieces, spare tire, license plate etc. The fiberglass repair cracked first time I used the boat "rivers only" i contacted Fred and he said that a high vibration area and need to by new fiberglass PCs. Thats the reason i had them fixed since they no longer sell them. the buff job was terrible, i just paid another person to buff at less than half what Fred charged. Now i have to pay someone else to do the fiberglass repair since Fred will not honor his work. Wasted $4500 with both of them !

Lucas is a very responsible professional who takes care of my boat for about a year now. Fred also did an amazing job at fully waxing my boat making it shine and changing my lower unit of my outdrive.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Breeze Marine Boat Services was extremely disappointing. The project took 5–6 times longer than originally promised, and what started as an estimated $12,000 job ended up costing nearly $20,000. Despite paying significantly more, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations. When I picked up my classic boat, I found mechanical grease smudged on the seats and other areas, showing a lack of care for the vessel while it was in their possession. I was also disappointed to discover that they cut into the boat’s original electrical system to install new equipment, including the squid lights, bait tank, bilge pump, and other components. On a classic boat, preserving the original wiring where possible is important, and I was never comfortable with how that part of the installation was handled. Communication throughout the project was another major issue. The business is run by a father-and-son team, but the father—the primary person I dealt with—doesn’t speak English and relied on a phone translation app for nearly every conversation. This made it difficult to discuss technical details, ask questions, or resolve concerns efficiently. The most frustrating part is that after spending almost $20,000, I left feeling like I’ll have to pay another professional to correct or redo parts of the work. That’s not the outcome anyone expects after making such a significant investment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Breeze Marine Boat Service.

I’m so impressed with Breeze Marine! I felt like they really cared about my situation, from the moment I contacted them they took care of me. Freddy was such a big help. He made the entire process so easy. Overall I’m so happy with the results and I’d recommend them to anyone!

Been working with different mechanics in the past never fixed my engine problem on my 150 Yamaha fred and Lucas father and son family own business came the next day when I call them .they find the issue in a manner of time they’re basically very methodic

I came across Breeze Marine Boat Service on Google while searching for someone to do a full mechanical inspection on a boat I am looking to purchase and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I spoke with Fred over the phone, who was extremely professional and accommodating. Despite the short notice, he scheduled an appointment promptly and showed up on time with his father, who is also incredibly knowledgeable. They spent over four hours going through every detail of the boat, explaining everything thoroughly and ensuring I felt confident in my investment. Their attention to detail and honesty gave me real peace of mind. I highly recommend Breeze Marine to anyone needing marine diagnostics or repair. I’ll definitely be using them again for future repairs and maintenance. A top notch team!
