Brightside Car Wash

What the heck is going on? I've always loved this car wash!! However, with the new management, the wait time is ridiculous as there are not enough guys working now. Today, I went to get a car wash and waited at least 20 minutes before anyone could even tend to me, which is crazy!! There were only 3 guys working!! No shade to the guys working though as they are absolutely amazing, but they can only do so much with limited staff. Brightside Owners!! Please staff the location appropriately so customers don't have to wait so long and things can revert back to how they were under previous management. Thanks for your attention.

This place just keeps going down hill. They got a bunch of high schoolers who do a horrible job. It’s so hit or miss with your service. On top of that, for being a veteran owned business, the reviews aren’t even honest. They have the owner Johnathan Quinn writing reviews and giving 5 stars. Cmon guys.. if you have the owner of the place leaving 5 star reviews then employees and family and friends are leaving reviews for them too. Just disappointing. Let the reviews be honest about your business. Don’t go try and get your reviews up and write them yourselves. You’d think veterans would at least be honest. If you come here, try and avoid the high schoolers doing your car. Ask for some of the older guys.

Ive had an exceptional experience at this carwash every visit and today Gabriel Gonzales and the gentleman working with him went above and beyond. There was a miscommunication on my last visit where i was told interior mat cleaning was included with my very reasonable monthly pass. Mr. Gonzales & staff honored the previous offer and cleaned the mats for free even when I was insisting on paying. Also, they dry the vehicle with every wash which is incredibly convenient. They are always friendly knowledgeable and quick. This is a veteran owned small business I would highly recommend! The staff are amazing!
