  I am writing this as a repeat customer. About two months ago I brought my 2017 Jaguar F-Pace here. For $275 they buffed sections of the hood and roof and applied wax, and the vehicle looked good. Because of that experience, I returned with my wife’s 2019 Land Rover, which was actually in better overall condition. When I asked for pricing, I was first quoted around $800 for their usual three-step correction. I explained I wanted the same level of service I had received on the Jaguar. We agreed to a similar job for about $300. I dropped the vehicle off at 9 a.m. and picked it up around 5 p.m. They attempted to charge $380, but after discussion I paid $310. At pickup the car looked acceptable, although I did not feel it had the same finish quality as the Jaguar. Three days later, after the vehicle had simply been sitting at home and collected dust, I ran it through a touchless wash. That’s when I was really disappointed. The black trim and pillars looked worse than before the detail, and the hood showed little to no sign of fresh wax protection (no noticeable beading or sheeting). Not sure what wax they are using, but it does not work. One car wash and it looks worst than when I brought in the car. The shop had told me the only way to improve the shine would be wet sanding and new clear coat. I disagreed. I worked in a body shop when I was younger and felt compounding and proper protection should make a big difference. They would not redo the work. They wanted me to pay another $300 to $400 dollars. I said no way. So I did the correction myself. I spent about five hours reworking the black areas and hood by hand, and the improvement was dramatic. I’ve attached before-and-after photos so people can judge for themselves. The time spent and the money paid, the results did not match my expectations or my previous visit. Because of that, I will never return to this business.

  I couldn’t be happier with the work Bryan’s Auto Detail did on my 2012 Lexus. I originally brought the car in to have the hood repainted and clear‑coated, and they delivered a beautiful, factory‑quality finish. But what really sets them apart is the extra care they put in without me even asking. They buffed the fenders, refreshed the clear coat on the roof and trunk lid, and polished the headlights until they looked brand new. It’s rare to find a shop that takes this much pride in their work. The car looks fantastic, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations.
