Purchased our first wake boat at Buxton and the experience could not have been better! I got an excellent price on a used Supra, they fixed every detail making it as good as new, they went out on the water with me 2x to make sure all was good while also training me on using the features, they connected me with and insurer who gave better rates than I found on my own, they hooked me up with the right gear and boards for my family, and even repaired my current wakeboard. The really could not have been better

Absolutely incredible experience with Buxton Marine. Reached out to Chad with interest in a Nautique and He was extremely prompt to respond to any requests we had and completely honest and upfront about the boat . Also agreed to do a compression test to verify the engine was good before buying and they did not charge us a dime for it. He was extremely kind and was not a bit pushy and was constantly making sure he had explained all the features and different options the boat had so we were well informed. They are truly lucky to have someone in Sales like him. Tricia in Finance is an absolute finance wizard and they are truly lucky to have her. She was great with finding better interest rates and making sure the loan was a fast process. Total time start to finish of the loan being approved a ready to sign was 2 days. If you’re looking for a boat I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We will never buy a boat from any other place. Buxton Marine is the SEWELL of Luxury boats.

Bought a few boats here over the years and always had a great experience, especially with Andrew and Mike in service. Service was affordable...but now the prices for svc is insane, they do work that you did not ask to have done then you are stuck to pay for it. To consign my boat they get 10% of sales price and I'm totally fine with that fee, but then they hit you with a $700 "inspection fee" just to list the boat and then you have to fix whatever may be wrong before listing the boat (mine is under manufacturer warranty still). So they will not get my ~29k in consignment commission over a $700 pre-listing inspection fee. Place has turned into a nickel and dime the customer to death dealer.
