Love coming to work here. Been doing fence work here for LoPorto Fence CO for years. Cool to be near the docks and watch the larger than life equipment they use to fix the ships that need repairs. By the way, they fix the ferry boats for SINY.

Caddells is one of the more unprofessional shipyards that I've visited during my time on the water. The workers seem to be unorganized and unmotivated. It also appears that Management has a more hands off approach than other yards of similar size.
