They are absolutely wonderful. I called with a concern of a hard, stuck in smell in my car and she assured me she could get the smell out and worked with me to get me in as soon as possible (which was very quickly) I picked up what looked like a brand new car, and she stuck to her word, the awful smell of old chicken liver forgotten in the car was gone ! My car looks and smells amazing . She goes above and beyond for customers

Not a real detailing place they don't do actual detailing they just make you go through a stupid automatic car wash! That defeats the purpose of getting it detailed by getting yr car paint scratched up by all that automatic crap they have now this place has gone down hill🤔👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾AND THEY NEVER OPEN!!!! 😡🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️

We had to finish cleaning the car after the detail and car was left wet still. Left the doors open for several hours and still wet inside. Now there is a sour smell in our vehicle. They also got water on the inside of my dash display and when I called I was told leave the doors open or bring it in and they would put a fan on it. This was the next day it still wasn't dry. Now the display completely quit working on my dash and the lady won't return my calls. Would not recommend

A bit above average expensive quote for a newer vehicle (2023 CX5) but the lady did not clean certain areas of the car I had specifically requested like the ceiling and the gas door areas. That’s never happened before. I have always gotten a completely clean car after a detail anywhere else I have gone. Wrote the company an email about the dissatisfaction and was ignored. The lady who detailed my car even had the nerve to say my one year old car was “not new” which I thought was super rude.

SCAMMERS!!! WATCH YOUR STATEMENTS. I HAVE STOPPED PAYMENTS TO THEM MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY RUN THEM THROUGH AS ONE-TIME CHARGES THE NEXT MONTH. EVEN AFTER ACKNOWLEDGING AND RETURNING THE PAYMENTS THE PREVIOUS MONTH. THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU. IVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH THIS SINCE AUGUST 2025!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.
