Edit: I was reached out to by the company and they had sent someone over to help fix the issues. The manager they had sent explained that this was also the first time they had seen damage like this and explained that the damage was most likely caused by sunscreen and body oils over time and that the detail just revealed the issue. I'm still hesitant on the explanation, but at this point there is nothing I can do apart from replacing the trim piece. Apart from that area, during the second visit they did touch up areas that were missed in the original session which I appreciate. Overall, excluding that driver and passenger door trim pieces, the car detail was done very well, and the car does feel clean. In both instances, the people who came were courteous and professional. Again, it's just unfortunate that the trim pieces now look the way they do, but there is nothing we can do at this point. Our van is fairly new (3.5 years) so I would caution anyone with a Honda Odyssey in the future to maybe advise them not to do any cleaning, or at the most a gentle wipe down, on the driver/passenger door trim pieces if you do get a detail done. Original Review: We got the detail done a little over a week ago and am finally have some time to write a review. After the detail was done we inspected the car and noticed that the side panel of the driver seat was very damaged. I asked what happened, and they said they haven’t ever seen that happen before. It seems as though they used a harsh chemical or an abrasive scrubber maybe? The opposite side is slightly affected but not as bad, I believe they had realized their mistake and taken some extra precautions at that point. Additionally, the door panel for the sliding door on the driver side wasn’t cleaned or wiped down. I got the detail to make my car feel new again, but now it’s damaged and am reminded of the mistake every time I enter the car.

Did an amazing job detailing my car. The interior looks fantastic 🤩 they got rid of all the dog hair, dust, and mess, and now my car smells so good. Super professional, fast, and thorough. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to everyone!

At first I was excited to have my Vehicle detail and clean really good. I saw their videos of job in many different Vehicle and went ahead with it. After it's done, wasn't very happy at all. My seats are not clean. Price is way off. They cleaned outside my Vehicle which I didn't request. I only requested to clean and detail inside only. I tried to contact them. I send them email and want me to call. I told them that I'm deaf and easier to email me for easier communication. As I request to speak with someone who speaks spanish over the phone but they didn't call. I looked all reviews and I hope not get comments back saying can't find us in the record. I don't want to hear that excuses. I know this is right company and information. I got your business card. We decided not going to argue. We want to be good people and let it go.
