  Had commercial kitchen floor installed 6/3/2020 floor started failing in some areas in july of 2020 made repeated calls, texts and emails to Ron aka Reg and company phone and email with no response. They don't back up or repair or even try to help out after the initial install is completed. I am a small business and I know they also do large commercial jobs but it seems if you are too small you are forgotten after the check clears. UPDATE 4/4/22 Reg has reached out to me to work on a remedy. The Concrete board substrate seems to be the main cause of failure. This is what was recommended in my estimate to use but was a bit of an unknown on durability. Reg has given me his word he would come out and work with me to repair the problem at my cost which i am ok appreciative of as long as its agreeable to both of us. Again the overall product I am happy with. I was just unhappy with the lack of follow up with after talking with reg covid and the last couple of years has thrown all of us small business owners a giant curve ball. Once we are all patched up i will be more than happy to re rate and update my review. LOOKING GOOD SO FAR. Thanks Reg
