Absolutely amazing experience with Ceramic Pro Elite! From the very beginning, everyone was informative, positive, and wonderful to work with. They took the time to answer our questions, explained the different options, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They were able to get us in for an appointment within just a few days, which was greatly appreciated. The quality of the window tint is flawless, and knowing it comes with a lifetime warranty gives us even more confidence in our investment. The shop did experience a difficulty with the tint adhering but this was our fault. We did have previous tint removed before and we didn’t know that mattered. The shop made it right and redid it before we saw it.(TELL THEM IF YOU HAD PRIOR TINT REMOVED.) It was our fault and we felt so bad about it. I hope this helps future jobs go smoother.
