We have never rented a boat before and weren't sure on how much time that would take. I reserved a fishing boat online. Paid for it and received a confirmation. I then received an email with the waiver info. Completed and that was it. We arrived about 20 minutes before our reserved time of 9 am. We were renting the fishing boat from 9 to 11 am. At check in they said that there were no fishing boats available even though I reserved a fishing boat two days prior. They did get us a pontoon for no additional cost and it was very nice. Cooper the boating crew was very friendly and helpful. He walked us through the boats compartments. He made us aware of the fire extinguisher and flotation devices. He pointed out locations that we should avoid. It was a pleasant experience.

Charles Mill Marina is reliable, honest and operate with integrity. 😃 My husband Scott and I recommend them to anyone who is looking to redeck their pontoon. Jamie Earhart, service manager and redeck expert Chris are unmatched!! We can't speak highly enough of them. They are both extremely knowledgeable and listened attentively to our concerns. They kept us informed every step of the way. Charles Mill Marina has definitely earned our trust and loyalty!!! Thank you so much!! Lisa and Scott Mottayaw 🛥

I just went to fish . I had a good time, was able to bring my dog (on a leash). Some of the areas are overgrown, so I managed to decorate a few trees with some tackle. Caught a little bit of everything, crappy, catfish etc. One hit my line so hard it straightened out my hook! Good place to fish

Been letting Charles Mill take care of my boats for over 10 years!! Very honest and trustworthy. Just had them order and mount a Minn-Kota Talon. Very excited to get on the water and I’m sure Jaime will make sure I have a GREAT season!!
