Dylan was a pleasure to work with and he does excellent work. There are not too many shops that specialize in gel coat repair, so it’s understandable that he is as busy as he is.. he kept me updated and my boat looks like new. If you’re calling, please keep in mind. This guy is typically under a boat, sanding or painting, and doesn’t have a phone in his hand 24/7 - Thanks from Knoxville!

Took our boat to Dylan to have some scratches removed. Upon drop off he was supposed to give us an estimate, however he was not there. Next day, still no estimate and receive a video of work he had already completed on our boat, still no price. He says the boat is completed and we can pick up at 230. Come down at 230, he’s nowhere to be found, his helpers can’t even get ahold of him. One of his helpers goes around the side to a camper, which he is inside asleep in and tells him to tell us to come back after telling us to come at 230! Mind you, 45 minute drive down there and he doesn’t even have the decency to come out and have a conversation about the situation!! Ok so we come back at now 730 to pick up our boat, yet again, says he will be there, he is still nowhere to be found. No one can get ahold of him. Turns out none of these guys who helped us out there even work for him! Never even met the Dylan guy! Slams a ridiculous price on us to pay and is now bragging to everyone that he made $1300 on a 2 hour job!! & he didn’t complete the full job we asked for!!! Do not take anything here!! Terrible communication, not the way to run a business!
