  Brought my Mustang to Classic Car Care for decal removal and re-install work, and the experience couldn’t have been better. David Smith in the tint department handled the job, and his attention to detail and professionalism were immediately clear. The work was done carefully and correctly, exactly what you want when trusting someone with a car you care about. While waiting, I spent time in the lobby area, which opens directly into the larger showroom space. The environment is clean, organized, and clearly run by people who take pride in their work. During my visit, I was personally greeted by the owner, Kevin Burgreen, who is one of the most welcoming, genuine, and upbeat people I’ve come across in a long time. He’s hands-on, regularly walking the floor, checking in on customers and staff, and doing so in a positive, encouraging way. Classic Car Care feels less like a typical detailing shop and more like a place where craftsmanship, customer service, and passion genuinely matter. A great experience from start to finish.

  This place has completely gone downhill. This was my EIGHTH vehicle I’ve brought here, and today was the last. I dropped my car off at 10:00 AM for a tint job. Every other time I’ve been here it took about two hours, so I expected the same. Two hours passed — not done. I left and came back — still not done. I called at 3:30 PM and was told 5:00 PM. I show up at 5:00 PM — and guess what — STILL not done. My car wasn’t ready until 5:15 PM. Seven hours. For a tint job. No one communicated anything. No one apologized. Nothing. I told them I was a loyal customer and asked if they’d at least discount it for wasting my entire day. They said no and charged me full price like nothing happened. Then the guy at the register shrugged his shoulders when I told him this would be my last time coming there. Literally shrugged. That told me everything. They do not care about their customers at all. Their excuse was that a 1:00 PM appointment showed up, so they stopped working on my car — the one that had been there since 10:00 AM — to work on someone else’s. That’s terrible business and makes zero sense. Classic Tint lost a loyal customer today, but clearly that doesn’t matter to them. Plenty of other tint shops out there that actually respect people’s time. I should’ve taken my car somewhere else.
