I have had my car detailed a couple times and they have all been fine but this time was different. Right from the moment I emailed Classic Auto Detailers, I knew I would be getting a different and better experience. They responded quickly but very friendly. When Daniel texted that he would be at my house in 10 minutes, he was. He did a great job and was just so friendly and nice. I will be returning her for my other car and going forward. Got a coupon for a full exterior detail with the ceramic paint sealant for my 2011 BMW. It was the best money I've ever spent. They did an absolutely amazing job! Very professional and nice. I discovered them when my brother recommended this car detailing company for the convenience of them coming to you house but i never expected this quality of a detail. The paint was pretty messed up when they came. With the full outside detail and sealant that messed up car looked like it just came off the showroom floor! Even though I only bought the exterior detail with sealant they actually did some of the inside as well once i asked them to in the moment as a favor. When they were done it had been vacuumed and the seats and dashboard were wiped. I was extremely surprised. From now on i will take my car to Auto Detailers of Alexandria every three months. Everybody there is very nice even the service call person that attended me. They go above and beyond what was expected. The service, quality, and care they take is worth every penny.

My 2001 Malibu is new again! Auto Detailers of Alexandria did what I thought was impossible : it made me love my car again. The car is absolutely pristine. Not a smudge or fingerprint as an added bonus it smells great. I was scheduled really fast and conveniently for the next day. They came to my house here in the lower side of Alexandria , but now it looks so good, that I can't part with it. I think I will hold on to it because it looks so good! The customer service was outstanding! The showed up and finished the detail on time as promised, friendly and professional. It was worth every penny and then some extra tip was well deserved! All in all exceptionally impressed. I tell all my friends about Auto Detailers because i really loved them , and will absolutely be a repeat customer. Thank you for a job well done!
