  I saw their van on the road and figured i would call their prices aren't bad and they even gave a military discount i want to get my truck and car detailed they said they would work with me and come out on a Sunday which was awesome as its my only day off the gentleman on the phone was excellent but when the technicians got here it was hard to communicate with them as they didn’t speak much english. A couple hours later and they knocked on the door to tell me it was done i go to look at it and it looked like they just sprayed stuff on a rag and wiped the inside i was told both cars would be shampooed and vacuumed they did a very poor job on both after me telling them they started vacuuming again they weren't going to put my seat covers back on that they had removed I flipped up my back seats in my truck and they hadn’t even been touched and they weren't going to clean the rubber floor mats in the truck until i told them thats part of the inside detailing of a vehicle i pointed out many issues to them and finally just started cleaning areas myself so that it would get done the cup holders still have stuff in them from a drink that was spilled. I finally just told them that its fine because i can tell they were getting irritated with me. Overall i am very disappointed with the service my cars are oily from what ever they used. I am going to have to go though and clean everything again as there is still stuff all over. The photo of the backseat was how i found it before letting them know they needed to clean that as well. I wont be recommending them a detail is not just clean it means you clean the small details as well. Update i called the office after the owners reply to see if they would make it right we they reschedule for a tech to come back out and redo the detail. Ok cool well bad news that day was today my appointment was at 11:30 no one shows up i call the office at noon was told they will figure it out and call right back well 30 minutes goes by so i call the

  Had a good experience. I like that they have several packages to suit any budget. I got the basic package and am very pleased. They arrived on time, no mess, no hassle. Got my little car looking and smelling great in just over an hour with 2 guys.

  Very pleased with this service! I had the interior of my older vehicle detailed and almost all the stains removed. I wish I had taken before pictures to show you just how much they got out! I highly recommend clean and neat. Highly affordable and they bring the service right to your door! I plan on getting my Camaro cleaned, buffed, and painted through clean and neat next! Thank you to Victor and the girls!

  I had a frustrating experience with Clean & Neat. I booked their level 3 mobile detail (highest one they offer, $379). My appointment was at 12, I got a call saying the tech would be 30 min late, which I completely understand can happen with a later appt. Tech didn’t show up till 12:50. I had the car pulled in the driveway since it comes with a hand wash of exterior. He said he would pull it into garage to detail it after exterior was done. I looked out 5 -10 min later and he had already pulled it into the garage and the driveway was dry which means he never hand washed the car. The detail is suppose to take 3 hours, after 2 hours he calls me and says it’s done. It’s the first detail I’ve ever had done and this is where I take blame. I come out and to the garage the car was shining. I tipped him (was going to tip regardless of the job but I should have looked closer before tipping). After he left my wife came out and actually looked over the car and then proceeded to show me how poor of a job he did. I have attached pictures so you can judge for yourself if it was a good job. I called the owner right away and explained what happened. I took blame for not looking closer before the tech left but I just trusted that the job was done right. I sent him pictures and he agreed it wasn’t done right. He said he could send his “two best guys out” the next morning. He said they would be there at 7. The next morning 7:00 rolls around and no one is at my house, finally at 7:15 I call the owner and he says “they are 15 min away”. I told him to just have them turn around because if they can’t pay attention to details of being on time I don’t want them detailing my car. After some discussion with the owner I felt like the only solution was a full refund. The owner did finally agree to a full refund (although he refunded all of it except for $20 for some reason). The owner may comment his side of the story, which he is more than welcome to do. Ultimately my advice is to hold the

  I had a ring stolen out of the truck. The back was not vacuumed, or wiped. They used way too much spray on my tires and when I drove it the stuff got all over the side of my truck and I can’t get rid of the spots. The inside roof had spots from an energy drink that had exploded in the truck, which they were supposed to steam out and didn’t. When I contacted them they said they would get back to me, never did and don’t return my calls. They did come out and redo the truck and it looks great after their 2nd cleaning.
