Clear Lake Powerboat Service, Inc. Boat Repair Service

The owner was rude, arrogant, and acted like he was to good to talk to anyone. I should have left right then. I did not listen to my gut and left a boat there with a possible carburetor issue. Asked if he could look it over. I week later he told me in a very round about way the boat was not worth fixing after I pried it out of him. Cost $246.00 with no real details of what he checked. Took it home ordered a new carb for $148.00 installed it flushed the fuel tank. It started right up. Enjoyed a two day weekend on the water.

Brought my Boat to Ed figured the issue out next day as well as saved me thousands over what the suspected issue with it was. 10/10 recommend and will bring back to him in future

Ed has been taking care of my boat for a few years now. I was recommended by several people who are what I'd consider authority figures in the local boating world. They weren't lying. Ed, without a doubt, runs one of the most straight up and honest businesses I've ever worked with. Anyone that's been around the block once or twice knows finding an honest, no BS, quality shop of any kind isn't something you find often, but I definitely found it with Clear Lake Powerboat Service. I know when I drop my boat off with their team I'm going to pick it up with the job done right and at a fair price, guaranteed.
