  Coastal removed a previous applied bottom boat coating and applied Armus Hull Pro, and did an absolutely terrible job. Travis, the owner, promised the dream and delivered the nightmare. He said he would remove the coating on the boat, apply the Hull Pro, and the hull would look great and my performance would be better than my gel coat (Hull Pro actually guarantees that)- he didn't deliver on either. The coating looks terrible, the boat top speed is over 10% slower and uses more gas, and Travis just continues to blame it on the coating that he didn't remove properly. Armus, the coating manufacturer, even said Coastal didn't complete the removal/install properly. But the Hull Pro coating also looks bad in areas where the boat didn't have a previous coating. He completed unauthorized work on my boat, and then held my boat hostage, until I paid him. The boat was kept in an unsecured building over the weekend. Travis has proven to be less than truthful on multiple occasions. I paid thousands of dollars to have him take tens of thousands of dollars of value off my boat. Don't make the same mistake I did
