Exceptional service from start to finish! When I purchased my 2026 Subaru Outback, I knew I wanted to protect my investment. After choosing the ceramic coating and interior protection package from Coatings by the Bay, I can confidently say the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the initial quote to scheduling drop-off and pick-up from New London, and even the aftercare guidance, every step was professional, personable, informative, and detail-oriented. Their communication was excellent, and it was clear they genuinely care about the quality of their work and their customers' experience. I didn't think a brand-new vehicle could look better than it did in the showroom, but somehow they made it happen. The shine, depth, and attention to detail are incredible. I've had protective coatings applied to two previous vehicles—one through Auto Armor and another dealer-installed product—and neither comes close to the results I received from Coatings by the Bay. If you're considering protecting your vehicle, don't hesitate. Coatings by the Bay truly delivers outstanding results. You can probably find me standing in my driveway admiring my Outback!

If you need ceramic coating or paint correction, go see George! He was extremely friendly and did an outstanding job on my 2026 Lincoln Navigator. He was able to remove the towel markings and a small blemish i was worried about. The finish is flawless, super shiny, and it really brings out the sparkles in the paint. I highly recommend George for his excellent work and great customer service !

George did a great job ceramic coating my vehicles. I reached out to him to schedule both my SUV and my car, and he was able to get me in when I wanted. I chose to wait until the weather got a bit better and he was able to accommodate. Both of my vehicles turned out great. Even though my paint looked good before coating, I cannot express how much better it looks now after the treatment. I also got the full interior treatment. The leathers look great. Better than new. The look is hard to describe, it is not shiny, but not dull either. It just looks fantastic. Thanks again George for the fantastic work. I will be recommending you to others!

I brought my new 2026 Mazda CX-5 from Green Bay for a ceramic coating. I went with the 5 year full body ceramic coating. This includes the badges, trim, glass, wheels, and paint. I also opted in for the paint correction since the dealer had no issues putting swirls all over my paint. Once George got to work, I noticed a dramatic difference and it looks like a show room car with a glossy finish. On top of that he is very informative and transparent. By far one of the best experiences I’ve had with detailing and overall service.
