We walked into this shop today, and I just have to say the customer service was amazing. Julian was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to educate us. My daughter and son-in-law are new to car detailing and weren’t familiar with the different chemicals and products, but Julian explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out is that he didn’t try to upsell or push the most expensive items. Instead, he focused on what they actually needed and made sure they left with the right knowledge and confidence. That kind of honesty and care is hard to find. On top of that, he was very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I 100% recommend this shop and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Julian! 🙌✨

I usually buy our detailing supplies online, but was in the Denver area and found your website for Colorado Detail Supply. I decided to visit your Aurora store, and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, Julian and Jessica were friendly and eager to help. I spent over an hour looking at the vast collection of detailing products. Julian and Jessica were very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions and provided exactly what I needed for my detailing needs. Great service!
