Complete Auto Detailing

I had a great experience! I was quickly acknowledged, and my vehicle was properly prepped before going into the wash. It was so nice to see associates out ( in the brutal heat I may add ) being do friendly and helpful! Thank you for helping me get my vehicle cleaned up on my lunch hour. I'll see you again soon!

I come here often and get my vehicle cleaned and vacuumed normally it's $40 and I pay it don't complain really good shop. But today is experience was horrible I paid $150 for a complete detail of everything other than shampoo and my carpets and I get back trash and dirt all over here where the cup holders are they pulled everything out from under the rear fold-up seat in the storage area including the jack stand which they've never done before leaving me to have to search through everything again and put it away another 20 minutes at the dealership. They've never done that before but today seems like that's all they could think about doing was pulling stuff out from underneath a storage area that doesn't get cleaned it doesn't get vacuum it doesn't get washed. On top of all that I'm missing a truck size flat repair canister.

Very disappointed. As soon as I looked at my vehicle I notice several things not done. The windows were still dirty. The fine scratches I brought to the owners attention that he said he would take care of were not taken care of. He said he would get those with the buffer. So when I brought it to his attention he attempted to rub something on it and it didn’t make a difference. There were several things I pointed out to the owner that I needed to be done that were not done. Just disappointing for the amount of money spent and time. But the worst thing out of it all the headliner in my vehicle is now sagging. I’m not sure what was done to cause this. But it was not like this before I took it to them. I didn’t take it back because I’m sure the owner will deny it happened there. Just overall disappointing.
