Cove 2 Coast Marine

⭐☆☆☆☆ Our experience with Cove 2 Coast started great but quickly went downhill after the sale. We purchased a new boat at a boat show and were promised delivery before our family vacation. As the date approached, communication became poor, and many calls and texts went unanswered. Two days before vacation, my husband drove 3 hours to pick up the boat, only to discover it wasn’t ready. The trolling motor that was part of our negotiated deal had not been installed, and we were told there was never a trolling motor in the works. After driving 3 hours there, he was expected to either take the boat as-is or leave without it. He drove 3 hours back home, and we thought the deal was off. Only after multiple conversations with the salesperson and owner did they agree to honor the trolling motor and meet us on the side of the road while we were traveling to vacation. We ended up signing all of the paperwork on the tailgate of our truck. Even then, a cooler that had also been promised was missing. Once we got the boat, we found a chip in the fiberglass floor, motor calibration warnings, missing and sloppy caulking around the center console, paint chipping off the motor, and rust appearing on hardware after only one use. To their credit, the service representative who handled our case was professional, responsive, and did everything she could to help. She was the bright spot in this experience. However, after the boat spent three weeks in service, we launched it again and experienced engine trouble before we had traveled even 50 feet from the boat ramp. A technician came out quickly, which we appreciated, but immediately suggested the issue was our fault. Later, another individual who was not even a company employee aggressively accused us of causing the problem ourselves. We purchased a 17 ft used Bass Tracker from the Lake Murray Blvd. location and were very pleased with the price and the service we received from Zack and Brady. The boat was actually for sale at their Savannah store and they brought it to us at the local store which we very much appreciated. They were great to work with and we highly recommend them!

Wanted to thank Zach and his team at Cove 2 Coast Marine for a great buying experience for our new Tahoe boat. We met Zach at the Atlanta Boat Show and he could not have been more helpful and responsive as we decided on options for a new tritoon. We had requests for numerous upgrade options and he was able to get us exactly the boat we wanted. He also arranged delivery of our boat from Columbia location to Lake Lanier! Can't recommend Cove 2 Coast enough if you are thinking about buying a boat. One of the best buying experiences we have ever had.
