  I was referred to Crystal Clear Detailing because I heard they did great work, so I came in with high expectations. I spent $830 on my vehicle and, while they did a good job in some areas, I was disappointed with the overall results. After picking up my vehicle, I noticed a couple areas that still needed attention, including interior spots that were still dirty, water spots on the glass, the cowl area at the base of the windshield, and scratches on the door handles. I brought my concerns to the manager, and he asked me to bring the vehicle back Monday so they could address them. The manager explained that the water spots on the glass would be difficult to remove. I understand that some things can require extra work, but that is also why people go to a professional detailing shop with the proper products, chemicals, and equipment. I expected them to do everything possible to get the best result. After the initial service was completed, the manager explained that the paint correction I paid for was only done on certain areas of the vehicle and that the door handles were not included in that service. But, he also told me he would take care of the scratches on the door handles for me when I brought the vehicle back, along with addressing the water spots and some touch-ups on the hood. The cowl area at the base of the windshield was also still dirty. When I mentioned it, I was told that it was part of an engine bay cleaning. However, this is an exterior part of the vehicle that is visible outside of the hood area, and I feel it should have been cleaned as part of the exterior detail. Unfortunately, after bringing my vehicle back a second time, the same concerns still appear to be there. I’m not saying nothing was done, but based on the results, it looks like the issues I brought up were not properly addressed. For the price I paid, I expected much more attention to detail and a final quality check before my vehicle was returned. At first, I was planning on leaving

  I found out about Crystal Clean by taking so many Uber passengers to drop off/pickup at CC. I found out what the hype was all about when I took my first BMW there. I just took my second BMW to CC and they didn't disappoint. The bumper repair, touch up paint on the hood, and wheel repair made a dramatic difference in the appearance of the car. The special wax they applied made the hood on my 144k mile BMW look much newer as the clear coat was beginning to fade. Can't wait to show my car at Deutsche Marques auto show at the Gilmore Automotive Museum this Saturday!
