She came out on a Saturday and did and exceptional job. She was able to remove several kid stains that we were worried about. My wife's car looks better than it did when we purchased it from a dealer several years ago. Highly recommended services. Her communication was on point and she was punctual and very professional.

Had a little flood water in my car. It smells really bad and got mold. Ms Crystal and her daughter did a wonderful job the smell is gone no mold thank u keep Up the great work! Highly recommend.

I called last Tuesday, April 3rd, to have my car "cleaned up" to be traded in the next day. I was told, after giving make and model of my car, that it would be $50 (though website states $35) for a basic wash and vacuum. I said that was fine. She went on to explain that complete detailing is $100+. I said no, just the clean up. Why would I want to spend $100+ on something that I will not even own in 24 hours? They arrived and did the cleaning. I thought it was taking a long time, but I knew what we had agreed to, and figured that they were professionals, so they knew more than I did. In the end, I was charged $195!! And let's not forget the tip "request" that is shoved in your face and you feel pressured to include. I was in such shock over the amount, and I didn't feel okay punishing the assistants who had helped, that I just paid the full amount...plus tip! I was so upset over the entire situation that I decided to send an email (on the same day as the service) through the website, which boasts, "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed!" I explained my frustrations and stated that I hoped a satisfactory solution could be found. I have yet to hear back from anyone! I was home/and available during the entire service and not once was I made aware that they were doing anything extra. I should have been asked BEFORE anything outside of the agreement was done. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! To top it all off, I did trade in the car the very next day and lost out on approximately $350 on my trade because the type of cleaning solution they used on the inside left a very strong, unpleasant odor (like a wet dog)! Please be aware before hiring for your job and make sure to reiterate the agreement when they arrive. Yes, the car was clean (besides the odor that appeared overnight) but I feel completely scammed and am definitely NOT "100% Satisfied!"
