  I recently had my car detailed, ceramic coated, and tinted, and I honestly couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The prices are half of what other people charges for twice the quality and customer satisfaction. Even though my car has satin paint he did an incredible job keeping the finish and the shine at the same time. Jim absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the very beginning, his communication stood out — he kept me consistently updated throughout every stage of the process, sending progress updates and making sure I knew exactly what was being done. That level of transparency and professionalism is rare and truly appreciated. The attention to detail on the car is next level. The finish after the ceramic coating looks incredible — deep hue, flawless shine, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work. The detailing itself was meticulous, with every inch of the car looking better than when it left the showroom. The window tinting was also perfectly executed — clean, precise, and it completely elevates the overall look of the car. What really sets Jim apart is not just the quality of his work, but the care he puts into the entire experience. He treats your car like it’s his own, and that shows in the results.   When I say Crystallized Ceramics is the best place to take your car, truck, or any automobile, I truly mean it. I’ve never had such an amazing experience especially the amazing results. The communication is second to none and Jim(Owner) truly cares about each and every automobile he works on. Whether it be an old ruffed up car to brand new supercars, the results are exactly the same: Perfection. My family has gone through many cars and had many details/corrections done from different detailers/shops, there is no other place in Pittsburgh that does a more outstanding job than these guys. Not only did Jim make my SQ5 look brand new after some hard times with its past owner, but he also had his close friend who is a body-shop expert fix deep scratches on the emblems that other body shops stated there was “no fix” for it and the whole bumper and tailgate would need a full repaint. It looks absolutely perfect and now shines better than OEM. The pictures speak for themselves. Great product, great service, great price, amazing communication.
