  My parts weren’t prepared right and my Powder coat, chipped off told them I would be able to pull it off till spring got told they would only cover sand blasting . But now they can’t even do cause there not doing small jobs the picture below are 3 months of being on the truck

  Talk about great customer service! I have heavy duty, cast iron bumpers on my pickup that were chipped and rusting. Body and auto shops were costly and reluctant to work on them. Among the several I contacted, one refused another wouldn’t even give me an estimate saying it would be cheaper to replace them…wrong. Then I heard about D&K Powder Coating. I stopped by with the truck and Ken looked it over and said No Problem. He gave me a price (a fraction of my other estimates) and a timeline and made a solid recommendation for the finished color. I dropped off the bumpers a few days later and Ken and D&K delivered as promised. No surprises on delays or upped cost. And the bumpers look awesome. A perfect match for the truck. Here’s the kicker. Unfortunately, I managed to scuff a corner of the front bumper unloading them at home. I went back to D&K for a color sample so I could get some touch up paint that would work. Ken got their Production Manager, Ben, to come look at it. Ben whipped up some touch-up on the spot as Ken and I watched him fix the blemish—right in their parking lot. He took care of my mistake…at no charge. It’s getting harder to find that kind of dedication to quality work and customer satisfaction. Thanks, Ken, Ben and the D&K crew for an all-around great experience!
